ethen though voteings closed im glad impenetrable skin won because the other two have draw backs (and with joe that can go the wrong way fast) but with this one all he needs to do with this one is strap on sum bomes run in to the middle of the enamy army blow them joe suvives it enamys die all ends well (unless its not strong anuth to completly sustane it but the rejuvanation will take care of that) plus it makes victer easyer to beat if he excapes and finds his own body thats strong enuth to sustane him. great commic joe. wow that may be my longest comment yet…
Bouncing off of what other people are suggesting.. Should our dear Joe get his own suit, it can supplement his lack of natural armour and his unnatural strength. Which leaves us with one option. Super speed. Specifically because, no matter how much of a boost machines can give you in speed, they won’t be able to increase the actual speed your body and muscles can mobilize without being implanted into your body. And if he had impenetrable skin, that wouldn’t be possible. If he had super strength, he’d end up killing whoever implants him with his flailing about.

Though it will take a few chapters since he’s a … No offence.
Stength will not only slow him down, but he isnt aware of his surroundings.
Speed will be useless since he wont be able to deal damage.
He should go for impenitrable skin but by knowing him he’ll choose strength.

I would say that impenetrable skin takes the cake because if you have strength and speed but nothing to protect yourself with in the first place, you’re f**ked. If however you were to have the skin protection, then all you have to do is get a suit of armor to make up the lack of the other two.
i don’t recommend the super speed because it might ruin the story.maybe a 50% of super strength and 50% of Impenetrable skin xD
I would give him super controlled real world mind crafting xD!!! Thou that probably would be included in. Other than that inpenetrable skin… Why? well… he is a pussy with pain… Also the viruses… fast regeneration includes all cells? cuz if not… vampires and zombies would be a nono for him. Actually by what I know… Joe will not accept it… He would say I want all D: but then he would die or something… Hmmm I just read votes are over… so my current comment is irreleant on the matter

he should get super speed to heyp out a comrade and with rejuvination he dont need imenetrable skin and super strength doesnt help against range
also if some boss makes an opposite joe the other upgrades would make it next to impossible
Sad that I watched this after the poll was closed, but I’ll throw my two cents in anyway.
1st, Strength. If Joe is made super strong, he’ll be able to defeat Mutants and Zombies again, and he’ll be a better fighter for the survivors. But I don’t think that’s as good an idea as Impenetrable Skin, as Joe is known to have a temper, and he doesn’t have any reservations about fighting Bernie, and he’s said he’ll kill Bernie a few times before. Now, “you can’t always take him seriously” because he swears that a lot, but if he accidently got mad again, at ANYONE, because everyone is pretty important, story loses someone important.
2nd, Impenetrable skin, the best idea for now. He still has VictorJoe stuck in the cage, so he’ll be able to get more skills back eventually, but without this ability, he’s vulnerable to literally anything. This way, he can at least make himself a useful distraction to protect Bernie and Jess if any other missions are planned and needed. This one at least makes him an asset for himself instead of a liability for everyone else.
3rd, Speed.In the grand scheme of things, Speed wouldn’t be as useful. Sure, move around quickly, but he’s still as fragile as any other human and weak as any other human. You could argue that reguvination would cover that, but I don’t buy that it would work nigh-instantaneously every time. Not to mention pain would be frustrating.
So I couldn’t vote,but I”m still pleased with the outcome. AuthorJoe never said this would be the only time Joe could get abilities back, so this choice ensures his survivability until the next event
Well, I’d say…Impenetrable skin. Why? Because, If he was stabbed, he would’ve broken the knife. If he was shot, the bullet would’ve rebounded. If he was HIT WITH A GODDAMN ENERGY BLAST, He’d probably be okay. My choice would definitely be impenetrable skin. Pain is frustrating.
