Well, we did it! My wife and I survived a year of parenthood! Achievement unlocked! :D
My son turns one-year-old today and we couldn’t be prouder of him and ourselves. When I think about it, it’s amazing that I survived a year of being a dad. Me. Probably the last guy that should have kids has survived 365 days (minus a few hours of babysitter time) of fatherhood :D
Couldn’t have done it without the help of friends, family and, above all, my wife, who supports me as I run a webcomic, make indie games, and be a kid myself, all while trying to be the best dad I can be :D
One year down! Seventeen more and he’s out the door! ;D

Congrats on making it this far Joe. I’m sure you can do the next 17 years. I know it seems daunting, but, think about it. You’ve had the pocalypse up for what, almost 3 years now? You stuck with this, I’m pretty sure you can stick with your kid. Get ready for the terrible twos though.
