If he’s so smart, why does he need a human to cure him? Shame doc isn’t more of a smart arse, although I suspect he’d be dead if he was. :(

Jena on January 27, 2012 at 3:12 am

Good to know that Doc is still the same unwavering human being he was before he left with the elder. not even flinching as the elder was threatening him.

Laserhead on January 27, 2012 at 3:15 am

LOL Doc really wants that Nobel Piece Prize.

RicksterEpicWin on January 27, 2012 at 3:20 am

That doc… insensible as always.

Shade Person on January 27, 2012 at 3:32 am

……………Why are Doc’s glasses switched?

Dr.C on January 27, 2012 at 7:46 am

He sounds more and more like Walter Bishop from Fringe. It’s uncanny.

Scuravolpe on January 27, 2012 at 8:39 am

Dear Doc,
I love you and your insane awesomeness.

X on January 27, 2012 at 9:58 am

from the past tense, he almost one before…

Decifer on January 27, 2012 at 11:23 am

I have to say Doc is my favorite character ever since he was first introduced. An old man possessing of unknown power, an intelligence and will to not fear a vampire/zombie elder and to negotiate with said creature. Sounds like who I want to be when the apocalypse hits. :3

Jordan on January 27, 2012 at 1:07 pm

An old man possessing weapons of unknown power*
Typo, forgot weapon.

Jordan on January 27, 2012 at 1:08 pm

Is it just me, or does anyone else think that somehow the zompire elder is going to be the one to get the short end of the stick?

Reaver on January 27, 2012 at 10:27 pm

@reaver Nope. Thinking the same. Maybe in the end at the last showdown with the elder he will gets advantage over our heroes and before the final strike he will be like “What’s this, my powers!”
and Doc will come out and say. “Oh sorry, I forgot to mention when I cleaned your zombie virus I put in there to replace it.”
“NO! Now you will die!”
“Also a bomb as well…”
*clicks button*

Gotta say, I miss all the stuff with Joe and Scrufflebeck, But this comic has so many stories its easy to forget them. I love this so much, always excited when I see a new one :)

DJ on January 28, 2012 at 7:27 am

@Dave I hope it’s a RED button.

But speaking of other things.. GO DoC GO

Happy Vampire on January 28, 2012 at 5:45 pm

Doc is totally bad-ass, staring down the elder while being threatened. I have to say he is one of my favourite characters, the other being Scrufflebeck.

Isis on January 29, 2012 at 11:57 pm

Speaking of Scrufflebeck and doctors… I wonder where Greybane, Scrufflebeck, and Not-Awesome-Doctor are. If I remember, they were on their way back to the colony when we last saw them.

X on January 30, 2012 at 4:52 am

I wonder what Dominik will do to Doc if he DOES succeed in curing him… kill him?

Not much variety in the choices… Do it or I’ll kill you! If you do it, you’ll be able to live until you cure me, then I’ll kill you!

NeoWarrior on January 30, 2012 at 6:25 am

@NeoWarrior No Dominic mentioned he had a deal with Doc.Dominic would be an totall ass to break it and i think its forbidden to betray deals in the ancient rules of vampires.
