So, the end of the world is coming on May 21, apparently. Eastern Standard Time? It’s been May 21 here in Japan for over 8 hours.
According to this guy, the end of the world is coming on May 21, at 6PM on the International Dateline. So, pretty soon! Just like December 21, 2012, I’m sure most people don’t expect anything to happen, but I’m sure we’re all curious as to see what actually does/will happen. And, I’m sure there are people out there (including myself) that WANT something to happen. Don’t get me wrong, I don’t want to see mass death and destruction, but I want SOMETHING to happen. With all the hype surrounding these dates (especially December 21, 2012), the sun better change colour or aliens better come and say “hey, what’s up?” in their Independence Day-like spaceships.
Honestly, though, I dont expect anything to happen in the next few hours. The above article said it best, so I’m just going to quote them:

Good ol’ arbitrary facts from an old story book that’s chock-full of numbers :D I hope that in 2000 years, people look back on The Pocalypse and deduce that the hexadecimal colour values of Powerfist’s bandana, when added together, pinpoint the precise moment of the implosion of the entire universe!
Anyways, the next scene will be up in a few hours. Just wanted to post something before it’s too late!
