I’m in the process of making a preview trailer for The Pocalypse Defense 2 to attract more people to the Indiegogo campaign. It’s going to be all art and sample gameplay this time, no me talking :D What do you think of this script? Imagine the narrator dialogue read by a deep movie trailer voice :D

Ahaha! I can’t dissagree w/ Joe on his decision…truly…I’m actually just glad that he didn’t freak out or anything. He handled that situation pretty well XD. But I’m just wondering where in the world he thinks he’s going? >.< And oooohhh what's in the box? o.o i wanna knowww~~~

Anyway this is my first comment here and I’d like to thank you for the great comic. I read everything in two days and can’t wait for next scenes. :-)
As a possible alteration to the Narrator script, “N: Join our heroes as you take back your city from all the monsters of the apocalypse! Could swap out apocalypse for Pocalypse, I know it is mentioned later but the more something is mentioned the more likely it is to be remembered FOR ALL TIME!

@Jirka – I think it’s pretty obvious that he’d want them, since he doesn’t actually know if there are any zombies there, just his theory, and with what happened to his friend, Daren was it?, I’d be cautious too. Also, he pretty much instigated the need for binoculars with that dream, might have also given the dad one too, just my theory anyways.

Maybe where won’t be blood or corpses in the box/closet/thing. Maybe there lies only binoculars and stuff? We don’t have to be so dramastic. Even know I also wanna know whats in there. And Rosa sure screwed up with Joe! It’s like nobody wants him :'( Thats sad because we all know the almighty powerfist is super awesome.
Damn. Will we get one time when (the comic) Joe won’t be a complete asshat and actually be a hero once? Or you know, just a normal person perhaps. After passing out. Or meeting with her sister maybe…
Douchebags aren’t too likable in the long run, even in fiction and he IS one of the protagonists after all :)

Sounds pretty awesome Joe, the narration anyways (though it also seems really cheesy). I have a question though, are you doing something different? Cause after scene one of this chapter the visual quality of the scenes went down. I don’t know if maybe I missed something back there that was supposed to alert me to the cause, but I haven’t seen any response. All the scenes before Chapter Seven Scene 2 are still fine though. If you have a chance to let me know if it’s just me or what, I’d appreciate it (I understand you’re busy though). Or, if someone else can tell me, I’d appreciate that as well.

@BloodWolf7 – Haha, yes! It’s going to be quite cheesy! Definitely not going the “gritty, suspenseful action, somber music” route :D As for scene quality, I haven’t been doing anything different! Hmm. Is your Flash player updated? Try right-clicking the scene, select “Quality” and change it to “High”. Let me know if your issue is resolved :D

I think Joe (The comic one) is getting it a bit too hard. Getting rejected, getting shot, losing his body, losing his powers. I think he needs a real friend. Someone he can talk to about his problems and his past. Maybe even if he finds a way to talk to his Scrufflebeck. Through the dream world maybe. I just read the whole comic from season 1 yesterday so this are just what I think. He needs a friends that trusts him and a friend that he trusts.
