Another Bundle of Humble! 11/02/2011

by Joe

I picked up the latest Humble Bundle, which now comes with The Binding of Isaac and Blocks That Matter! The Binding of Isaac really caught my eye when I first saw a trailer, so I’m glad that I now own it and I’m even gladder that the money goes to charity! :D Check it out and donate to some worthy causes!

Guess this means I’ll be on Steam more often! See you there! :D

Enjoy Scene 33 – “The Magister – Part Three”!

Please continue to vote and check out the new Scrufflebeck’s sketch! :D Thank you for voting everyday!

You can follow The Pocalypse on Facebook, Twitter and RSS, too!

Keep playing BlockHopper beta and please keep sending us feedback! Thanks for playing! :D

Wow! Sam is an idiot and Dominik is a dick!

Daniel on November 2, 2011 at 10:53 am

I would have bought the Binding of Isaac, but after playing the trailer (on Newgrounds) I found it very… disturbing. the concept is amazing though

Brenkie on November 2, 2011 at 10:57 am

The plot thickens! Also, I want to do some vampire hunting right about now…

Jaccep on November 2, 2011 at 11:00 am

And so we see Dominic mind control Sam in a moment of weakness
Sam did say he did not agree, then went back and forth on agreeing
So I’m not sure if the words were his own or Dom’s through him.
He did reminisce about it as though he were watching not as he were doing,
So I think he let himself get mind-fu**ed in his sorrow.

Still not sure when swearing crosses the line of appropriate display of emotion and overzealousness / just plain rude.
It’s different on varying forums…

sh4d0wfl4re on November 2, 2011 at 11:25 am

Heh, Dominik is such a dick.

that is kinda sad, but Sam was right the fear of death is a strong thing and if given a chance to live one may do things some would have never done before. In this case he chose life but still in the end he lost it all, his life, Katherine and the chance to repent. Yet how is he a living mind so to speak, and how does Joe tie into this since Sam has his body so to speak.

sykes on November 2, 2011 at 11:56 am

dom is the bigest ass hole ever

red ja on November 2, 2011 at 11:58 am

Never trust an offer that you will only accept out of duress. Even during colonization of the Americas THAT stood. Surprised Sam didn’t try to use his power in any way through that, to protect himself. I didn’t see anything new from Dom though. He has proven to have little regard for the intent behind the words, sticking the the words themselves only when necessary, and ignoring it all otherwise.

Some Guy on November 2, 2011 at 12:21 pm

Well I must admit I didn’t expect for Dominik to actually give Samuel life. But this just makes things even more interesting, Katherine is now an elder and so is Dominik(at least he was). I wonder if katherine will recognize who Samuel is? Or maybe she already knows about Samuel returning? And another good question, is Samuel strong enough to defeat an elder now? Suppose we all have to wait, patiently.

why did they just imprision andrius and not killed him when they had the chance

Zerotech68 on November 2, 2011 at 5:01 pm

And what did we learn here, children? Don’t trust the villain. In fact, don’t trust bitter romantic rivals, either.

Locke on November 2, 2011 at 5:24 pm

What a Jerkface vampire Dominik is! >:[

Tara on November 2, 2011 at 10:04 pm

Ooooooooh man that was deliciously evil…I want to see Dominik burn but you gotta respect the glorious bastard for that move :P

Idunyken on November 2, 2011 at 11:21 pm

Is “Do it not” correct grammar? It doesn’t sound right to me. Maybe “Dont, and….” Would make more sense.

bobsickle on November 3, 2011 at 2:06 am

wow. just when he said she should let him go, the music ended. pefrect :)

YoYoDude on November 3, 2011 at 2:33 am

@Locke
Remember that Dom was in love with Katherine’s title, not her.
Anyways… Nice plot twist joe, thumbs up by me!! XD

Decifer on November 3, 2011 at 5:18 am

hey i wonder if you would consider puting a symbol in the comic that the vampires fear not like a cross, it can be anything but it would have to work because it’s a symbol of hope. (this is just an idea)

superpickle on November 3, 2011 at 5:38 am

Son of a… D:

Biperfuture on November 3, 2011 at 7:09 am

Spartin on November 3, 2011 at 9:18 am

Ah, Dominick, you’re such a jerk.

Mini on November 3, 2011 at 10:24 am

Amazing how it came out that Joe was taught Mind-crafting by Andrius. Completely shocked and negative response by Jess, the same response predicted by most of the Pocalypse fans.

“Dumb-shit McGee”. Hahaha! Joe’s new nickname!

Musleblast the Ultimate Gamer on November 3, 2011 at 9:44 pm
