Where do all these weird people come from? First the biker gang, now these Power Armor wearing wannabes. How do they even survive out there… and this close to the big colony.
@Cubix they wear some kind of armor, and still have weaponry at this point in time. Not everybody draws the attention of the more powerful forces. I’m sure they avoid plant territories, machine factories and marked vampire buildings, and are well off for slaying zombies and mutants.
