Watched Frozen 2 recently and, oh man, I dunno if I’m becoming more cynical in my advanced age or I’m watching too many movie review channels or whatever, but I did not enjoy it very much. I think the first one is great and I had big expectations for the sequel. It felt like one of those straight-to-home-video Disney sequels, story- and music-wise. Visually, it was stunning but that wasn’t enough to save the movie for me. There were so many themes and morals and character arcs that moved way too quickly – one character even goes from absolute despair and hopelessness to determined optimism in one song!

Ah well, the kids liked it – that’s all that matters :D Now back to The Mandalorian.

Enjoy Scene 22 – “Last Wish”!

Poor Adrian :( I had a glimpse of hope that he would be the one standing taller on this. Scrufflebeck messed up this time :/

The only thing that makes this not so bad is knowing that when Joe’s finished with Simon, someone will have to brush him off the ground.

What if Adrian took another shot and totally incapacitated Simon though, so he’s in shock from the ordeal and essentially being under the control of a recovering spaghetti mind, and the children have to fend of the zombies and convince everyone that they can’t trust Simon. Then Simon starts recovering from the non-fatal head shot just enough to make Adrian the best argument for him, a terrible one against him, somehow. That didn’t come out how I imagined, basically just the aftermath of Adrian heavily hindering Simon somehow and the children dealing with it or something.

I was talking out of my rear, but it sounds like an equally interesting way the story could have gone though.

I’m truly losing my shit waiting for this week’s scene. Also rooting for Simon’s slow and painful death every week

@Joe
right, but i was not to suprised. Took them so long to make the sequel, that it was obvious, they had no idea for a good follow-up-story after the first one.
