I wonder how Scrufflebeck detected the first machine, though? I wouldn’t expect them to have a scent, maybe he just has better eyesight than the others? Or maybe it’s just one of those sixth senses dogs supposedly have, sensing earth quakes and what not.
Well yeah… I can see how Scrufflebeck would know. My dog always seems to know when the vacuum cleaner is coming out. XD

I think we should find out what “Inner Joe’s” proper name is. Like scientists were experimenting with Joe but then some physchic explosion happened, killed all the scientists so some people took Joe to hospital where he was in a coma for ages but the scientists were the first zombies and went nuts

They’re in trouble now. Arbiter pumped most of his energy into destroying a single machine, and I’m fairly certain regular weapons are of no use against one. I can only guess who will jump in and explodonate them all.
I somehow find it amusing that people get agiated about there being 2 cliffhangers at the same time (even if they are just complaining jokingly). Being a Homestuck reader I can only say that …I’m 0kay with it. 0_0

Reading Homestuck on MSPaintadventures.com, I really see cliffhangers like this ALL THE FREAKING TIME. But that is good… makes a good story… *mumble grumble*
Between plants and robots, I can’t imagine which is a bigger threat. All I know is things are about to get dicey for these guys.

I’d say robots are tougher, physically for sure. Plants can burn, and if the increased power of Bernie’s suit and his new gun aren’t making a dent into a basic drone, that means it’ll be tough for him. Although, if Scrufflebeck’s thorns can pierce the machines like they pierced ol’ Cross, certain plants might have an advantage. :3
I guess it just depends on which ‘unit’ you’re talking about.
Man, this would make an EPIC Real Time Strategy game. Zombies/Vampires/Machines/Plants. A Halloween RTS!

What about the humans and mutants?Zombies vs Vampires vs Plants vs Machines is a little boring.Zombies are far too stupid to be a threat to the other 3 factions.Vampires are only effective at night since the robots are smart enough to stay in the sunlight and the plants need to stay in the sunlight,thus keeping the vampires from doing much.And even at night,the robots may possibly have some sort of flashlight that produces something similar to sunlight.And against the plants,flamethrower is enough.If humans(and their crazy inventions) and mutants(and their strength and brains) were added in,it would be a whole lot different however.
We’re forgetting one thing in said RTS… Werewolves.
