This seems like an interface for communication, and not a touchscreen with nuclear launch codes, so perhaps it would provide Phillip with information more than direct firepower.

What about… “Preacher”? It felt like that machine was actually some kind of priest welcoming them to the city. It has some weird messiah Vibe to it.

How about Shepherd? Someone who cares for you, feeds you and protects you at this point of the story. But also someone, who feels superior to you and can send you to the slaughterhouse, when all is said and done…
